Chocolale-Pecan Brownies (Gluten Free)

These days I have absolutely no time. Holidays are coming, the baby needs more mama, my dog needs to play every day and I was trying to share this recipe for more than several weeks. Sorry about that! But finally I found the time to do that! Because this recipe is very simple but so delicious! These brownies can be a perfect sweet gift for your friends for upcoming Christmas holidays. Mix the ingredients, bake them, cut into squares and place into the little bags. I think your friends will love you so much more after this chocolate gift!

Chocolate-Pecan Brownies (Gluten Free)

(square pan 20 cm)

140 g good quality 70% dark chocolate
80 g butter
100 g brown sugar
50g almond flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
2 eggs (room temperature)
pinch of sea salt

Melt the butter and chocolate into the saucepan on the lower heat stirring constantly. Let it cool down to room temperature. Add sugar and beat until smooth and glaze. Add eggs while continuing whisking, add the flour, salt and nuts and then mix with a wooden spoon.
Heat the oven to 175C degrees.
Place the square baking pan (20×20 cm) with baking parchment and pour the brownie batter. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Then cool and leave in the fridge overnight.
The best serves cool with the scoop of vanilla ice cream. This brownie becomes soft and very chocolatey inside and has a delicious crust.
